UKG Inc. acquired Interboro Systems Corporation, a longtime reseller partner based in San Juan, Puerto Rico, adding nearly 70 employees and establishing direct sales, services, and support for the Caribbean market. The acquisition expands UKG's regional footprint and enables Caribbean customers to access UKG's HCM solutions including UKG Dimensions, UKG Pro, and UKG Ready.
