UKG Acquires SpotCues (Groupe.io)

UKG Inc. has acquired SpotCues and its Groupe.io mobile communications platform, bringing the ~50-person development team into UKG to accelerate product development and integrate the solution across UKG Dimensions, UKG Pro, and UKG Ready. SpotCues (Groupe.io), incubated by Pramati Software, will be rebranded and used to extend UKG's frontline employee communications and engagement capabilities.
