Unified Door & Hardware Group, a portfolio company of Dunes Point Capital, has acquired Door Supply of N.J., a Windsor, New Jersey-based value-add distributor of doors, frames and hardware. The acquisition expands Unified’s distribution footprint and product offering for commercial, education and other institutional end markets as part of its platform growth under Dunes Point Capital’s ownership.
