Unified Door and Hardware Group, a portfolio company of Dunes Point Capital, has acquired Joffe Lumber & Supply Co., a Vineland, New Jersey–based distributor of doors, frames and hardware. The deal is an add-on acquisition that expands Unified's distributor footprint and product capabilities in the building products market.
