Permira announced that the Permira Funds, acting through their UK platform, have agreed to sell I-MED Radiology Network to Jardine Matheson for an enterprise value of AUS$3.4 billion. I-MED operates a diagnostic imaging services platform across Australia and New Zealand with a network of 215 clinics and also runs the I-TeleRAD teleradiology business.

The add-on expands Unimed’s presence in the Netherlands, builds on its recent Lagaay integration, and brings Regenboog’s portfolio of more than 1,000 SKUs and ~300+ customers into the Unimed platform.
