United Air Temp (a portfolio company of Summit Park) completed a recapitalization of Grande Aire Services, Inc. and Haines Air Conditioning & Refrigeration in partnership with Grande Aire founder Robert Miller. The transaction expands UAT's residential HVAC footprint in Southwest Florida and advances Summit Park's HVAC consolidation strategy in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast.
