United Digestive Acquires Gastroenterology Group of Naples and Gulfshore Endoscopy Center

United Digestive, a physician practice management organization based in Atlanta, announced the acquisition/partnership with Gastroenterology Group of Naples (GGN) and Gulfshore Endoscopy Center (GEC) in Naples, Florida. The deal expands United Digestive’s presence in southwest Florida and adds a GI physician practice and an affiliated endoscopy center to its platform.
