United Envelope Acquires Love Envelopes

United Envelope has agreed to acquire Love Envelopes, a family-owned specialty envelope manufacturer headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The deal combines United Envelope’s Northeast operations with Love Envelopes’ strong presence in Texas and the Midwest to create a geographically expanded platform. CenterGate Capital is identified as the private equity owner of United Envelope, while Founders Advisors served as Love Envelopes’ exclusive advisor.
