The acquisition closed on March 4, 2021, and VisualLive employees will join Unity from VisualLive’s headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona; financial terms were not disclosed.

Datadog Acquires Timber Technologies (Vector)

The Timber leadership team (including CEO Zach Sherman and CTO Ben Johnson) and the core Timber team will join Datadog to integrate Vector’s capabilities for collecting, enriching, transforming and routing logs, metrics and traces into Datadog’s platform.
