UPSTACK has acquired Cloudwirx Inc., a Silicon Valley–based vendor-neutral IT infrastructure solutions firm. The Cloudwirx founders (Jeremy Dodds, James Caulfield and Brian Fagan) will join UPSTACK as partners and equity stakeholders as UPSTACK looks to accelerate its platform capabilities following a prior investment from Berkshire Partners.
