Urbanimmersive Acquires Agence Immophoto and Purchases Tours Virtuales Assets

Urbanimmersive Inc. acquired all outstanding shares of Agence Immophoto Inc. for a total purchase price of $500,000 (cash and shares) and also purchased the intangible assets of Mexican photography business Tours Virtuales for $22,000. The transactions expand Urbanimmersive’s real estate photography service footprint in Quebec and Mexico and bolster its offering of subscription-based 3D marketing and photography solutions.
