US Clean Energy (USCE), a clean energy platform and holding company, has acquired Eneon ES, a North American battery energy storage system (BESS) solutions provider. The deal brings Eneon's engineering, power conversion and control system expertise into the USCE platform to expand capabilities, market reach and access to capital for accelerated growth in the BESS market.
