US Foods Acquires Renzi Foodservice

US Foods Holding Corp. acquired Renzi Foodservice, a family-owned broadline foodservice distributor based in Watertown, New York, expanding US Foods' presence into central upstate New York. Renzi operates a 110,000 square-foot facility, generates about $180 million in annual revenue and serves more than 2,300 customers; the deal (terms undisclosed) was announced in May 2023 and completed in July 2023.
