USI Insurance Services acquired Odessa, Texas-based Hignojos Insurance Agency, an independent brokerage founded in 2009 that specializes in commercial and personal risk insurance. The acquisition (terms undisclosed) expands USI's presence and capabilities in western Texas as Hignojos' team joins USI to leverage USI's national resources and solutions.
