The add-on deal expands Venture Metals' non-ferrous and titanium recycling capabilities, increases processing capacity and extends the platform's geographic reach across the U.S. and Asia.

COMTEC Mfg. (Continuim) Acquires Innovative Sintered Metals (ISM)
