Platinum Equity has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Leaders Romans Group (LRG), one of the UK’s largest residential property services groups, from Bowmark Capital. LRG operates a nationwide network of ~210 branches, manages over 62,000 properties and has grown to roughly 2,500 employees and ~£165 million revenue under Bowmark; Platinum plans to back the business as a platform for further M&A and digital transformation.

Linley & Simpson Acquires Morgans' Residential Lettings and Sales Business

LDC-backed Linley & Simpson has acquired the residential lettings and sales business of Yorkshire independent agency Morgans for an undisclosed sum. The deal adds more than 1,450 homes to Linley & Simpson’s lettings portfolio — taking it to about 8,000 properties across 16 branches — and is the firm’s largest acquisition since LDC’s 2018 investment as part of a buy-and-build growth strategy.

Lomond Group Acquires DJ Alexander; LDC Supports Deal
