RealPage, a provider of property management software and data analytics, has agreed to acquire Knock CRM, a Seattle-based CRM and front-office technology provider for the multifamily industry. The acquisition will combine Knock's CRM suite with RealPage's AI, yield management and property management platform to create a connected front-office operating platform; financial terms were not disclosed.

RealPage Acquires G5 Search Marketing

RealPage, Inc. has agreed to acquire G5 Search Marketing, a Bend, Oregon–based provider of SaaS digital marketing and analytics for the real estate sector. The acquisition adds G5's AI/ML-driven marketing optimization capabilities to RealPage's end-to-end real estate platform; the deal closed in Q3 2021 and was backed by the fact that G5 was held by PeakEquity Partners and Milestone Partners.

Recovery.com Acquires RedFox AI

The deal brings RedFox's conversational Navigator product and its cofounders into Recovery.com's team to expand responsible AI capabilities and integrate new voice-guided diagnostic and guidance features across the platform.

Thoma Bravo Acquires RealPage

Thoma Bravo completed an all-cash acquisition of RealPage, Inc. that valued the company at approximately $10.2 billion including net debt. RealPage shareholders received $88.75 per share, and RealPage will become a privately held company headquartered in Richardson, Texas, continuing to operate under its existing management.

Automation Anywhere has acquired Aisera to integrate Aisera's conversational AI agents and agentic solutions into its Agentic Process Automation (APA) platform, expanding its AI-driven automation capabilities across ITSM, HR and customer service. Aisera's team (including more than 100 AI engineers) will join Automation Anywhere; BofA Securities advised Automation Anywhere and J.P. Morgan advised Aisera.
