Inside Real Estate has acquired BoomTown, the cloud-based sales and marketing automation and CRM platform for real estate professionals. The deal combines Inside Real Estate's kvCORE and back-office portfolio with BoomTown's lead-generation, CRM and services capabilities to create an expanded residential real estate software and services provider serving brokerages, teams and agents.

RealPage Acquires LeaseLabs

RealPage will acquire substantially all of the assets of LeaseLabs for an initial purchase price of approximately $103 million in cash and stock plus an earn‑out of up to $14 million, subject to customary adjustments. The acquisition brings LeaseLabs’ cloud-based digital marketing and lead‑generation capabilities into RealPage’s marketing platform (to be branded the Go Direct Marketing Suite) to expand marketing analytics, content, reputation management and direct lead channels for multifamily operators.

RealPage Acquires G5 Search Marketing

RealPage, Inc. has agreed to acquire G5 Search Marketing, a Bend, Oregon–based provider of SaaS digital marketing and analytics for the real estate sector. The acquisition adds G5's AI/ML-driven marketing optimization capabilities to RealPage's end-to-end real estate platform; the deal closed in Q3 2021 and was backed by the fact that G5 was held by PeakEquity Partners and Milestone Partners.

RealPage Acquires Modern Message

RealPage Acquires Buildium

RealPage Acquires Rexera to Accelerate AI Innovation

RealPage, an AI-enabled real estate software provider, has acquired Rexera, an agentic AI firm that automates real estate transaction workflows. The acquisition will combine Rexera's AI workforce with RealPage's HomeWiseDocs platform to expand automated capabilities for title agents, lenders and escrow officers across HOA document retrieval, lien searches, mortgage payoffs and compliance workflows.
