Chicago-based Hub International Limited has acquired Triester, Rossman & Associates, Inc. (TRA Insurance Solutions), an independent insurance firm based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. The principals of TRA, Scott Davis and Jeffrey Triester, will join Hub Northeast as the acquisition strengthens Hub's local presence and talent in Greater Philadelphia; terms were not disclosed.

The deal expands Creative Planning’s footprint in Georgia; Incap (Baltimore) served as financial advisor to Rosen Capital Management.
