Edgewater Capital Partners Acquires EnPro's Polymer Components Business (Altamira Material Solutions LP)

Edgewater Capital Partners acquired the polymer components business from EnPro Industries and rebranded the operations as Altamira Material Solutions LP (formerly Technetics PTFE & Polymer Solutions). The deal includes three production sites (two in Houston, Texas and one in Hatfield, Pennsylvania) and positions Edgewater to expand its portfolio in performance/fluoropolymer materials serving semiconductor, aerospace & defense, oil & gas and industrial markets.

Enpro Inc. agreed to acquire AlpHa Measurement Solutions and Overlook Industries for an aggregate of approximately $280 million in cash, expanding its Sealing Technologies segment with liquid analytical sensing/instrumentation and single-use biopharma components. Overlook’s deal closed Oct. 8, 2025, and Enpro completed the AlpHa acquisition in November 2025; the combined acquisitions are expected to contribute more than $60 million in revenue and $17–18 million in adjusted segment EBITDA.
