Enpro Inc. Acquires Advanced Micro Instruments, Inc. from McNally Capital

Enpro Inc. has agreed to acquire Advanced Micro Instruments, Inc. (AMI) from McNally Capital for $210 million in cash, with the transaction closing on January 29, 2024. The acquisition adds AMI's gas analyzer and sensing technologies to Enpro's Sealing Technologies segment to expand its compositional analysis capabilities and accelerate growth in key industrial and energy end markets.

Edgewater Capital Partners Acquires EnPro's Polymer Components Business (Altamira Material Solutions LP)

The deal includes three production sites (two in Houston, Texas and one in Hatfield, Pennsylvania) and positions Edgewater to expand its portfolio in performance/fluoropolymer materials serving semiconductor, aerospace & defense, oil & gas and industrial markets.

ENVEA Acquires Droplet Measurement Technologies

Alta Equipment Group Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Ecoverse Industries, a North American distributor of environmental processing equipment headquartered in Avon, Ohio. The asset purchase (expected to close Q4 2022) includes $42.5 million cash, $2.5 million in Alta stock, a $6.0 million seller note and contingent earn-outs; Ecoverse reported roughly $64.3 million in revenue and $10.1 million of adjusted EBITDA for the trailing twelve months through July 2022.
