Alta Equipment Group Acquires Ambrose Equipment

Alta Equipment Group Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of Ambrose Equipment, LLC, a family-owned equipment distributor and LeeBoy asphalt equipment dealer based in Hooksett, New Hampshire. The acquisition expands Alta's footprint to 39 locations across 10 states; Ambrose generated approximately $35 million of revenue and $3.1 million of adjusted EBITDA on a trailing-twelve-month basis. The asset purchase is expected to close before year-end, with terms to be disclosed upon closing.

Alta Equipment Group Acquires Burris Equipment Co.

Alta Equipment Group has agreed to acquire Burris Equipment Co., a three-location construction and turf equipment dealer and rental business based in Waukegan, Illinois, for $14.0 million in cash. The deal — expected to close in Q4 2023 — expands Alta's presence in the Chicago market, adds rental fleet capacity and OEM relationships, and preserves Burris's brand while the selling owners retire.

Ovivo Acquires ALAR (Alar Engineering Corporation)

Terex Corporation Acquires Environmental Solutions Group from Dover Corporation

Terex Corporation completed the all-cash $2.0 billion acquisition of Environmental Solutions Group (ESG) from Dover Corporation, enhancing Terex’s presence in the waste and recycling equipment market.
