EMI Group Acquires Romanian Access-automation Specialist KADRA

EMI Group has partnered with and brought KADRA into its platform, adding Romania’s leading access automation and parking-management specialist to the group. The deal, supported by EMI’s financial backers Innova Capital and Morphosis Capital, strengthens EMI Group’s regional footprint and service capabilities across industrial, healthcare and retail end markets.
