Broadtree Partners Acquires Semify

Broadtree Partners, a lower-middle market private equity firm, has acquired Semify, a Rochester-based white-label digital marketing provider, in a transaction completed in strategic partnership with Pinnacle Financial Partners. Semify's founder Adam Stetzer will move to Chief Technology Officer, Patrick Briggs joins full-time as President and CEO, and Broadtree plans to provide capital, resources, and operating support to scale Semify's SEO and PPC reseller business.
