Bowmark Capital, a UK mid-market private equity firm, has invested in Transparity, a high-growth UK Microsoft technology partner, providing an exit for Beech Tree. Transparity—which has over 260 UK-based employees, more than 1,000 Microsoft certifications and serves 500+ customers—will partner with Bowmark to accelerate data engineering and AI skills, expand capabilities and pursue selective UK and European acquisitions.
