Beech Tree Private Equity-backed Transparity Solutions Limited has acquired Microsoft specialist AMT Evolve to add Teams, SharePoint and Power Platform capabilities to its Microsoft Cloud services offering. The deal is Transparity's first acquisition as a PE-backed platform and is intended to deepen capability and accelerate growth across the UK market.
