Transparity Acquires Xpedition

Transparity, a Bowmark-backed Microsoft partner, has acquired Xpedition to combine two leading UK Microsoft practices and create a larger Microsoft-focused services group. The deal brings together more than 350 technical experts and expands Transparity’s capabilities across Microsoft Business Applications, Data & AI, Infrastructure, Security and Modern Work to support customers’ digital transformation and AI initiatives.

The transaction, valued at approximately $621 million, paid Accolade shareholders $7.03 per share and was financed by General Catalyst and Glen Tullman's 62 Ventures along with other investors and debt provided by J.P. Morgan.
