Beech Tree Private Equity has made a significant investment in Transparity Solutions, a UK-based Microsoft public cloud specialist, and has taken board seats to support the company's buy-and-build growth strategy. Transparity, headquartered near Bournemouth and employing about 60 people, provides Microsoft 365 and Azure implementation, managed services and support and plans to expand its managed services, security and voice offerings while pursuing acquisitions to scale rapidly.
