The investment will support product development, new product introductions and accelerated growth to better serve Made4net’s global client base; terms were not disclosed.

Made4net (TSCP Portfolio Company) Acquires Zethcon

Made4net, a Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP) portfolio company, has agreed to acquire Zethcon, a North American provider of Synapse WMS tailored for 3PL and cold-chain operators. The deal combines Zethcon's deep 3PL functionality with Made4net's cloud-based WMS platform to expand capabilities and serve a broader set of mid-market logistics and non-3PL customers; terms were not disclosed.

Ingka Investments (Ingka Group) Acquires Locus

Ingka Investments, the investment arm of Ingka Group (IKEA's largest retailer), has acquired Locus, an AI-powered logistics technology company headquartered in the United States. The purchase brings Locus's route-optimization, real-time tracking and TMS capabilities in-house to strengthen IKEA's home delivery, capacity management and last-mile execution while allowing Locus to remain operationally independent and continue serving other enterprise customers.

ICT Group Acquires Swedish Consultancy M4
