HRLocker, a portfolio company of Invincible Software Holdings (ISH), has acquired performance management software provider WorkCompass for an undisclosed amount. The deal is an add‑on in ISH’s HR Track buy‑and‑build strategy to create an integrated B2B SaaS HR stack for SMEs, embedding WorkCompass’ goals/OKRs and continuous feedback tools into HRLocker’s platform.

ISH Group has acquired HRLocker, an Ireland-based B2B SaaS HRIS platform serving SMEs in Ireland and the UK. The deal adds HRLocker’s ~860 SME customers and HRIS capabilities to ISH’s portfolio of SaaS businesses and will see HRLocker COO Crystel Robbins Rynne promoted to CEO as founder Adam Coleman transitions out.

IRIS Software Group Acquires Swipeclock

Hub International Acquires Assets of Compass Insurance Services (WI)

Kroll Acquires Security Compass Advisory

The Hilb Group Acquires Compass Planners

The Hilb Group, LLC (THG) acquired Rhode Island-based Compass Planners effective February 1, 2021. Compass Planners is a specialized Medicare Advantage brokerage led by Jim Soucy, who — with three colleagues — joined THG to lead and expand its Medicare retail and wholesale practice. THG, a Richmond-based insurance brokerage and portfolio company of The Carlyle Group, said the acquisition will grow its National Benefits Practice and support expansion of its Medicare offerings.
