Hoffman Southwest Acquires Accumark, Pipe Vision and Benchmark VA

Hoffman Southwest (HSW), a PE-backed provider of underground infrastructure and water flow services, acquired Accumark, Inc., Pipe Vision, LLC and Benchmark VA LLC Subsurface Utility Services (collectively “Accumark”). The add-on acquisition expands HSW’s subsurface utility engineering, utility locating, pipe inspection and pipe cleaning capabilities across the Mid-Atlantic and supports nationwide footprint expansion for its underground infrastructure services.
