(the Bed Bath & Beyond/Overstock owner) agreed to acquire the global rights to the Buy Buy Baby brand for $5 million, buying assets including domains, databases, IP, vendor relationships and related content. The deal reunites Buy Buy Baby with Bed Bath & Beyond under Beyond’s ownership and positions the company to relaunch the brand online, explore tokenization of IP with tZero, and leverage partnerships (including Kirkland’s) for potential brick-and-mortar integration.

Gersh Acquires You First

The Gersh Agency (a Crestview Partners-backed agency) has acquired You First, a Madrid-based global sports and entertainment agency, doubling Gersh’s headcount to more than 600 and expanding its global footprint to roughly 22 offices across 14+ countries. The deal was financed with equity from existing shareholders and a new term loan arranged by Monroe Capital; You First CEO Juan Aísa will join Gersh's board and continue to run the business from Madrid.

eBrands Global Acquires Indo Solutions' Trampoline Scooter Business

Finnish aggregator eBrands Global has acquired the trampoline scooter business of Indo Solutions from founding brothers Vesa and Juha Poutiainen. The acquisition will allow eBrands to scale the Indo brand on D2C marketplaces like Amazon and Walmart Online; financial terms were not disclosed.
