Vesta Acquires Fernish and Feather to Form 'Showroom'

Luxury staging and interior design firm Vesta has acquired DTC furniture rental startups Fernish and Feather for an undisclosed amount and will operate the three brands under a single banner, Showroom. The deal brings the combined organization to roughly 200 employees and expands Vesta’s reach into mass-market, subscription furniture rental across major U.S. metros and national online channels.

Stage Acquires ThirdChannel

Surge Private Equity Invests in RentACoop (RentACoop LLC / Top Manufacturing LLC)

Surge Private Equity has completed an investment in RentACoop LLC and Top Manufacturing LLC (together, RAC), a Maryland-based e‑commerce company that designs and sells proprietary products for backyard chicken and small-animal owners. The founders, Tyler and Diana Phillips, retain equity with Tyler remaining CEO; the deal included debt financing from Eagle Private Capital and Surge intends to scale RAC via logistical improvements, new sales channels and an add-on acquisition campaign.

PG Growth Opportunities Fund I Acquires Wild Eggs

Miami-based investment group PG Growth Opportunities Fund I (PGOF I) purchased Louisville-based Wild Eggs from Patoka Capital, acquiring the concept and ownership of its 15 locations across Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio. PGOF I plans to keep Wild Eggs' Louisville headquarters and current leadership in place while pursuing regional franchise growth with an initial focus on Lexington, Cincinnati and Indianapolis and an eventual nationwide rollout.
