Pexco LLC Acquires Precise Aerospace Manufacturing, Inc.

Pexco LLC, an Odyssey-backed specialty plastics processor based in Atlanta, acquired Precise Aerospace Manufacturing, Inc., a Yorba Linda, California-based precision plastics molder and contract manufacturer. The deal (advised by Houlihan Lokey for Precise) expands Pexco’s injection molding and high-performance polymer capabilities, adds a West Coast manufacturing site (its 13th), and strengthens its position in aerospace, defense, medical and electronics end markets.

The Sterling Group Acquires Ergotron, Inc. from Melrose Industries

The Sterling Group, a middle-market private equity firm, has completed the acquisition of Ergotron, Inc. from Melrose Industries PLC. Headquartered in St. Paul, Minnesota, Ergotron is a designer, manufacturer and distributor of ergonomic products for healthcare, workplace, industrial and education markets; Sterling said it will support management to accelerate growth and expand the business.

Ergotron Acquires Enovate Medical

The purchase expands Ergotron’s healthcare capabilities by adding Enovate’s hardware, mobile power systems and cloud-based workstation management software to its product and service portfolio; terms were not disclosed.

ERG International Acquires Premium Product Lines from West Coast Industries
