Web3 developer platform Alchemy has acquired HeyMint, a California‑based no‑code NFT launchpad, for an undisclosed amount. HeyMint’s infrastructure and co‑founder/CTO Flor Ronsmans De Vry will join Alchemy as the company embeds HeyMint’s tools to enhance smart wallet infrastructure and simplify user onboarding for Web3 applications.

RocketStar Acquires Miles Space
