Valnet Inc., a Montreal-based digital content investment company, has completed the acquisition of UK-based tech publication Pocket-lint.com. The purchase complements Valnet's technology publishing portfolio (including MakeUseOf, AndroidPolice and XDA-Developers) and is intended to support Pocket-lint's continued growth under its existing editorial team.
