Valsoft Corporation acquired American Data, a long-standing provider of Electronic Health Record (EHR) software (ECS) for the U.S. long-term care market. American Data will operate independently within Valsoft’s healthcare portfolio, with Kara McDonald leading growth initiatives to expand the product and customer success efforts.
