Ven Capital Partners Acquires Eleven Software

Ven Capital Partners, with investment support from Pacific Lake Partners, Miramar Equity Partners and Bain Capital Credit, has acquired Eleven Software, a Portland-based provider of cloud-based Wi‑Fi management software for hospitality, multifamily and community markets. The PE acquisition will retain Eleven's team in Portland and aims to accelerate the company's SaaS growth and product capabilities for hospitality, multifamily and municipal customers.
