Venbrook Acquires RD Parisi Associates and David Morse & Associates

Venbrook Group, LLC (backed by Parthenon Capital) has acquired RD Parisi Associates, Inc. and David Morse & Associates (DMA) to strengthen its employee benefits offerings and claims services. The deals expand Venbrook's East Coast benefits presence and enhance its national claims capabilities (DMA services 40+ states with 150+ locations), bringing the Venbrook organization to more than 600 employees.
