Verde Valle Foods, the U.S. subsidiary of family-owned Verde Valle, has acquired A Dozen Cousins, a ready-to-eat beans, rice and seasoning sauces brand. Founder and CEO Ibraheem Basir will remain as General Manager as Verde Valle looks to strengthen supply chain capabilities and expand its ready-to-eat pouch meal portfolio into the natural products channel.
