Vertiv Acquires ThermoKey S.p.A. to Expand AI Data Center Cooling Capabilities

Vertiv (NYSE: VRT) entered into an agreement to acquire ThermoKey S.p.A., a provider of heat-rejection and heat-exchange technologies, to expand its thermal management portfolio for high-density AI data centers. The deal is designed to enhance Vertiv’s end-to-end thermal chain offerings and expand manufacturing capabilities, particularly across EMEA, and it subsequently closed in June 2026.
