VESTA Modular, a portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries, acquired Riverside, California-based Commercial Mobile Systems on December 8, 2021 to expand its West Coast branch network. The deal adds CMS's Riverside branch and employees to VESTA's national modular rental and sales platform as part of a geographic expansion strategy.
