Veterinary United of Southeastern Michigan has acquired Waverly Animal Hospital in Lansing, Michigan, in a deal advised by Calder Capital. Founders Dr. Jennifer and Will Raphael will remain involved in day-to-day operations while the practice becomes part of Veterinary United’s 22-location network; terms were not disclosed.
