Vino Vault has acquired the New York Wine Storage Company in Long Island City, marking its first expansion outside California and its fourth acquisition in 12 months. The deal transfers ownership from founder Geoffrey Troy while Troy and his team will continue operating the New York Wine Warehouse retail business and support the transition.
