Virtuos Acquires Third Kind Games

Singapore-based game developer Virtuos has acquired Third Kind Games, a Leamington Spa–based independent game studio of more than 70 people. The deal establishes Virtuos' first UK operation, bolsters its AAA co-development capabilities, and the Third Kind co-founders will continue to lead the studio as it targets headcount expansion.
