Vista Equity Partners Acquires Accelya from Warburg Pincus

Vista Equity Partners, via its Perennial permanent capital strategy, has agreed to acquire Accelya, a Barcelona-based provider of financial, commercial and analytics software for the airline and travel industry, from Warburg Pincus. The investment will fund product innovation and long-term growth for Accelya, which serves over 400 clients and employs more than 2,500 people worldwide.
