The Vistria Group has acquired Soliant, a leading U.S. provider of special-education and healthcare staffing based in Atlanta, from Olympus Partners. Olympus said Soliant grew substantially under its ownership—adding offices and hundreds of recruiting and sales staff—and the transaction positions Soliant for continued expansion in K-12 and healthcare staffing under Vistria's ownership.
