VLS Environmental Solutions announced it has acquired IDR Environmental Services, a Los Angeles-area provider of hazardous and non-hazardous waste solutions. The deal expands VLS’s 10-day hazardous waste transfer and processing/logistics network across the West Coast by adding IDR’s Azusa facility and capabilities.
