VLS Recovery Acquires JBR Environmental Services

VLS Recovery, a portfolio company of Aurora Capital Partners, has acquired Spartanburg-based JBR Environmental Services. The add-on expands VLS's waste management and industrial cleaning capabilities in the Southeastern United States and the JBR facility will operate within VLS's Waste division with Rex Russell continuing to run the business.
