Volaris Group, an operating group of Constellation Software Inc., has acquired ArtBinder, a New York–based provider of cloud-based collection management and sales software for galleries and collectors. The deal expands Volaris's Arts & Culture vertical (including Gallery Systems) by adding ArtBinder's mobile and cloud inventory management capabilities and client base.
